This strategic acquisition will significantly advance our vision of bringing generative art from digital to physical reality, creating the first fully integrated ecosystem spanning NFTs to luxury physical products.

• Complete Market Coverage: The combination unites Art Blocks’ digital platform, Trame’s luxury physical offerings, and our Generative Goods division, delivering everything from $50 educational kits to $25,000+ luxury pieces.
• Proven Technology Integration: Trame has built all of its collections on Art Blocks Engine since 2022, ensuring seamless shared infrastructure across both digital and physical product lines.
• Luxury Manufacturing Excellence: Trame brings established relationships with master craftspeople in Aubusson, Chartres, and Venice (including workshops that restored NotreDame), guaranteeing unparalleled quality and prestige.
• Strategic Vertical Integration: By consolidating algorithm development, digital minting, and artisanal manufacturing, Art Blocks now oversees the entire generative art value chain, positioning itself as the definitive platform for creators and collectors alike.
