The Museum of Freedom is a digital art museum founded to explore how technology reshapes creativity and human expression. This museum resides in the Metaverse and can be experienced through an immersive virtual reality. For me, the Museum of Freedom began as a deeply personal project, a collection of works I felt connected to, both emotionally and spiritually. Over time, it evolved into something much larger: a cultural institution for change, a space where art could challenge systems, spark dialogue, and exist freely between the physical and digital worlds. When I talk about freedom in my practice, I’m not just referring to political or social freedom, though those sometimes are part of it, I mean creative and spiritual freedom. Freedom to me means the ability to create without boundaries, using whatever tools I choose, traditional or technological. The Museum of Freedom is about liberating art from gatekeeping. In the past, as an artist you had to come out of an established university, and obtain gallery representation to be able to show your work to the public. Now, for the first time, we have the opportunity to democratize art, making it more accessible to both the artist and the viewer, and the reach is worldwide. www.museumoffreedom.org
